In 2011, Kingdom Signature Developments built a custom home for a client who fell in love with the space. Eleven years later, that same client came back to us. Life had evolved. Tastes had shifted. The home was ready for a fresh chapter.
In 2022, we returned to the home we had originally built and gave it a complete transformation. The bones were still strong. The craftsmanship had stood the test of time. What the home needed was a refreshed design that reflected who our client had become over the past decade.
There is something special about being invited back. It speaks to the kind of trust that gets built when a client knows their builder will show up, do the work right, and stand behind it for the long haul.
The renovation touched every corner of the home. New finishes. Updated layouts. Modern materials selected to honor the home’s character while bringing it firmly into the present.
The centerpiece of the project became a striking fireplace clad in a single solid piece of granite. The stone was massive. Heavy. Difficult to maneuver through the home and into position. Our crew worked alongside our trusted subcontractor to handle the granite with care and precision.
The result speaks for itself. A bold, beautiful focal point that anchors the room and elevates the entire space. The kind of detail that takes a renovation from nice to unforgettable.
During the appliance installation, things did not go as planned. Our subcontractor caused damage during the install. When confronted, they were unwilling to take responsibility, even though we had clear proof of what happened.
Kingdom did not let our client carry that burden.
We pursued mediation. We filed a claim through our liability insurance. We made sure our client received fair compensation for the damage. Throughout the process, we communicated openly and handled the situation with professionalism.
This is the part of custom building that no one likes to talk about. Things go wrong sometimes. Subcontractors make mistakes. The real measure of a builder is what happens next. Do they protect the client? Do they own the situation, even when it costs them?
We do. Every time.
A renovation more than a decade after the original build is a powerful endorsement. It says the relationship matters. It says the original work earned trust. It says the client believed Kingdom would deliver again.
That kind of loyalty is not given lightly. It is earned through honest communication, careful craftsmanship, and a willingness to do right by people no matter what comes up along the way.
We are grateful for clients who choose us once. We are humbled by clients who choose us twice.
Whether you are planning a custom home build or dreaming about a complete renovation, Kingdom Signature Developments brings the same commitment to every project. Quality materials. Skilled craftsmanship. Honest dealings from start to finish.
We would love to build something that lasts for you too.
